I have the pet bag expansion quest, but I don't know where to get hay, does anybody know?

    Usually get from Tortise... Can't remember the tortise name though... But its ard lvl 8-12 tortise... And around that level, you should have a quest to kill certain tortise. That's the tortise who drop the Hay

    One of the best places for early levelers is to go outside West Arch and kill Tectonic Rhinodrakes. They have a pretty good chance to drop Hay, but to get 20 will take you awhile. Otherwise, if you're higher leveled, the Abyssal something (XD) in the river south of Arch is extremely good for Hay. Just be wary that the Undines will take ANY excuse to attack you, so plan your defense well.
