Can't enter the game! -.-'

ok, so i entered the game, made a char then i pressed start.... i wait for the game to load but after it finishes loading it the window vanishes! like freakin hudini.. dunno what's wrong. i have game vers 40 and dxdiag:

    Is the client damaged?. Cause that happen to me to so i download it again and it worked.

    oke so i think i know whats the problem.. i made another char.. and it worked.. so i guess it's somethin about the winged elfs cuz i couldn't enter the game with them.. but i managed to enter with the untamed class.. hope this will work :D

    CarpeNoctum, that sounds like a display driver issue. Can you provide us information from the Display tab of the DXDIAG, specially the Device and Drivers box? Running a Verify from the launcher may help eliminate other potential issues.

    JessMinder, try following the instructions here, or using the manual patch. In the future, create your own thread rather than hijacking someone else's.

    i cant get on the game i tires all the manual patches and even reinstalled the game.now what? maybe it's cuz i didn't use the patches correctly...

    OK...OK... im sorry bout hijacking but when i try to log on...they say.."update server connection failed.please try other update server." i don't understand how to fix it. i tried using the manual patches but i forgot which version i was using. so i tried downloading them all. it took long so i quit. finally, i tried reinstalling it. still same outcome now what? and no... I WILL NOT TRY ANOTHER GAME i just made a life and friends on this and i I will NOT quit.
