Vista problem

I'll send a ticket if needed, but I was wondering if this was an easy problem. I have the game, and was updating the patch, when it started going really slowly. I have two computers, and on the XP it updated in about 30 seconds. On the Vista, it took 5 or 10 minutes to struggle through a bit and then stopped and said 'error, try again later.' For some reason, I can't get it to work. Does anyone know if I just have some box checked wrong, if I updated something incorrectly? Thanks!

Have you tried exiting the game after 5 mins or so and retrying/resuming the patch?

EDIT: Have you tried our manual patches?

No, I haven't...should I try that/if I should, where could I find it?

Wait...this may be confusing. Here's what happens:
I open the client, and it says, "New client version found, update now?"
I click "Update Now," and it brings up options. I check the 'manually select server option,' and the rest are unchecked. I click "confirm," and it says "Preparing to update...then "Unable to close media, Update interupted." And the program closes.

If I click "Update later," and hit "Start," then it lets me start the patch update, but after a little bit it says 'failure,' and asks me to try again.
