Aware of Principle-finding the second celestial sprite

well i'm doing this quest called aware of principle from the taoist of city of the plum. i have to find 2 celestial sprites and i saved one from a creature but i have to get the other one which is supposed to be located on the west bank of the tranquility river and is hiding in a bud of an ingenous herb. which herb is that? pls help!
