Server disconnection on download?

Hi, I just recently un-installed PW because of a techinical issue and the solution was to re-download..so yeah...

I started to re-download and when the self-extracting download or something or other comes up, it says disconnected from the server and won't download any further...

I had another thread but due to the title I'm guessing everyone is ignoring it. :p
So I'm supposing this will be better. (Don't kill me for double posting/threading. :O)
Any help is appreciated.

    Well I'm just getting a little exasperated, I've made this thread almost 2 weeks ago and not one person has replied to it?

    I'd really appreciate some help because the installation guide hasn't helped, or anything else the troubleshooting has suggested. I can't even submit a ticket because I some how have the wrong email, and I can't change it because the "Account" link isn't working at all, plus I can't log into that email, just because my password is corrupted. (Don't ask)

    I know its probably pathetic begging for help but I've got my reasons to log on. If ANYONE please could just give one small piece of help I'll send chocolates or something. Just please. I seriously need to log on. (has nothing to do with gameplay..)

    The easiest solution is probably an official full mirror, such as the Gamer's Hell download (http://www.gamershell.com/download_31056.shtml), or the Torrent and a robust torrent client like utorrent. That doesn't solve the underlying issue, but I'm honestly not certain where to start with the problems you've had with the Downloader.

    In the future, don't hesitate to ask the Support Ticket folk to contact you on a different e-mail address in the text of the ticket.
