Suspected of fraud

Ok, so my first attempted purchase of ZEN was suspected of fraud for one reason or another.
What does one do about obtaining ZEN now?
Do I just file another purchase and expect it to just check through this time or..? What is the process involved exactly. I need my ZEN fast, before the sale is over -_-;;

Also, will not knowing the answer to my secret question utterly **** me over? Because I believe I just entered random keys for the answer in this. Didn't think I'd need it :/
Yes, I did used to be Drathir. Remade my character now.

    My first purchase was suspended as well. But this was because my brother was purchasing for me, and either the information didn't match up or something else.

    We sent a ticket to them and then got it cleared. And the secret answer thing shouldn't be that important unless you want to change your password. PWI only asked me my username and login name together so that they knew it was me (cause one of them doesn't show up at all to other players).

    Do I have to send another ticket then? I'm not sure if replying to the message they send you works. I was purchasing through my dad's PayPal.

    In the e-mail they asked me this:

    1. Registered email address for the PayPal account (or what is entered at the time of the card purchase):

    2. Full shipping information (street address) for the PayPal account (or what is entered at the time of the card purchase):

    3. PWE registered account name:

    4. PWE registered email address:

    5. PWE registered first and last name:

    6. PWE registered secret question:

    7. PWE registered secret answer:

    I was unable to answer the secret answer section, because I entered that as jibberish. And I also can't find out the e-mail dad used for his paypal until he gets home :/
