FB Quests

In all that we read we are told you can play this game Solo now am I to understand we cant do this quest unless you are in a group of 6 or so ?
No one wants to have you in a guild unless you are 30+ level and you have to jump through hoops to find a guild and now you cant do a quest alone or with someone nearby ?

    i dont know on which server you are. On Heavens Tear there are several guilts who recruit ppl regardless of their lvl.
    For those fb quests its right that you cant solo them - except you are some good lvl higher then quest / fb lvl. But it should not be a problem to find ppl (also if youre not in a guilt) who will help you. Higher lvl ppl are offering their help for those fbs in common and / or world chat, so its a way for them to get good xps / rep and maybe some items. Just go to the location where this fb is and ask in common chat for help, or answer (whisper) those ppl who offer their help in world / common chat.

    For being able to solo the whole game from lvl 1 till max. lvl, i think thats just not possible. You will need some help from time to time.

    And you can always just wait outside the fb 19 spot and ask for help there.
    I wanted to do the fb 19 with someone of my guild but because I was ready for it and I had the time and she wasn't on I just went to the fb place and asked for help at the entrance.
    The help I get was great (eventhough the gained xp din't seemed worth to it for them or me)
    But be carefull you also have a lot of bad guys (or so I heared)

    you could also just skip the FB quests if you really don't want to worry with grouping with anyone. they're not required to progress in the game. the only quests that you really need that will require some help would be the spiritual cultivation quests. i personally prefer to solo most of the time. i soloed the FB 19 when i was in my 30 something levels (can't remember the exact level i did it), mostly out of curiosity of what the dungeons in this game were all about and from wanting that cool glowing weapon as a reward, lol. i skipped FB 29 but then ended up doing FB 39 with a group but haven't done any other FBs since then. sure it may be good to do them for the exp, spirit and rep, but i haven't really found it worth the effort (and the headache if you end up with a dumb or rude group). i'm only level 58 right now so things may be different later on in the game, i dunno, but it's worked for me so far, lol.

    if you really want to do the FB tho, there are LOTS of people out there who will help you, especially to do the FB 19. there's always these "ready made groups" offering to do FB runs for the lower levels (because they are getting really good exp too, if you use your tablet). just go into a big town (like archosaur) and ask for help with your FB. if you use just one teleacoustic asking for help, i guarantee you will have a group in two seconds and more PMs than you can reply to, lol.

    Im on Sanctuary but not many guilds around I guess. Only ever got asked once to join but was too low level then.

    guilds advertise quite a bit, but they rarely ask anyone personally if they would join their guild. i can't remember anyone asking me directly if i would join their guild. they might have but i don't remember if they did.

    if you want to join a guild, just continue to level since most guilds tend to want people at least over level 20 but not all have level requirements. and just pay attention to guild recruitments in world chat and while you're in town. you'll find one soon.

    Why do you think you have tablets for doing your FB? The tablets are not required to finish your quests or even the FB quests. The tablets are there to give those in your party (you have to be squad leader) higher exp. At high levels thats really sought after and so a lot of people will help out just so they can get exp.
    When I did my FB19 I was not in any guild. But I had 2lvl 70+ people and 2 lvl40+ people (and they were perfect strangers too) helping me. All I did was stay back and pickup everything that dropped as they cleared every single mob in their path b:laugh.

    One important point here. For FBs that have quests to do besides killing bosses, its A MUST that you get all quest mobs done in the same run. Once you have used your tablets you will be hard pressed to find anyone willing to help you, since the mobs themselves don't give much exp. In that case your best bet will be to join a party where someone else has the tabs. Just a heads up. Hope this helps. b:victory
