Job Change?

I came up with an idea which not many other games use it, that's why i think it would be good in PW. After the Sage/Demon choice on about lvl 120 there should be subclass choice, like an quest called "Job Change". So every class would have 2 choices of choosing a subclass, for example:
Humans
Mage
--> Demon --> Necromancer or Sorcerer
--> Sage --> Druid or Archmage
Blademaster
--> Demon --> Tanker or Slayer
--> Sage --> Vindicator or Knight
Untamed
Venomancer
--> Demon ---> Succubus or Which
--> Sage --> Summoner or Shaman
Barbarian
--> Demon --> Brute or Berserker
--> Sage --> Guardian or Warlord
Winged Elves
Cleric
--> Demon --> Blood Fury or Oracle
--> Sage --> Paladin or Priest
Archer
--> Demon --> Hunter or Assassin
--> Sage --> Arcane Archer or Scout
Of course the choice we make will change our gaming experience :
-New spells, different for each subclass
-Spells which will be for all subclasses will have different affect on Scout or Ranger (like barrage of arrows, Scout +10% Damage / Ranger increased defence while casting spell)
Things which will stay the same :
-Quests will stay the same
-PK of course
Question is "What will this Job Change give?". Well different subclass will have different powers or powers which were upgraded, for example:
HUMANS
Mage=
Demon=
Necromancer will be able to summon dead soldiers from the old wars as spectres or skeletons. His/Hers elemental defence will decrease for 40% and his physical defence will increase for 10%. He/She will posses the power of the undead given from wraiths, giving them slightly higher magical power than mage and he/she will be able to learn powerful dark spells (including AoE spells). Their Evasion would be decreased.
Sorcerer is a mage which will posses the knowledge of the fire from the Dragons. He/She will have highly increased Fire resistance and damage of fire spells, but the Metal resistance will greatly decrease and other elemental spells will have less damage. They would have +1 more point added with every lvl to Magic, but their Evasion would decrease by 35%. The Fire based spells would use 30% less MP.They would be be the best damage dealers in the Demon society.
Sage=
Druid would be an master of Earth and Wood spells. His/Shes power would come from knowing the nature and the animals. He/She would have decreased Fire resistance although his/hers earth and wood spells would be devastating. The AoE spells would not have as much damage as Archmages but that would be the best subclass for solo. Like an Necromancer, Druid would have spells to summon a Treant and other Earth/Wood creatures. Their Evasion would decrease for 25% but the positive is that it would Druid has increased MP for 20% because Druid collects MP from the Earth beneath him and plants around him/her.
Archmage possesses most powerful AoE spells and highest dexity out of all mages subclasses. Price for that is decreased Vitality and MP recovery speed by 28%. Archmages lack of close combat abilities but in AoE they are most precious allies as well as very precise -->Archmage mostly never misses his/hers target<--, they specialize in mostly water based spells and thats why they inflict most damage using hease spells.

Personally, I don't think this is that good of an idea, since that would mean a whole new expansion several years from now just from all the work that would have to be done on the classes alone, much less the new sections of the world, monsters, instances, etc... In terms of scripting alone, this would take a couple of years. Another year or so for the Beta test, another year of bugs, etc...
This would be such a major undertaking, they may as well just make a new game for it.
I like the idea on the whole, but not necessarily for PWI yet.If the best defense is a good offense, why did I even show up?
