I know you are tired of reading about this, but I am tired of searching.

Installed the game and patch just fine.

Disabled windows firewall (my only security software).
When logging in, I DO NOT SEE INFO FOR SERVERS.
Everything is --- (ie: ping/status/etc...)

Obviously it is something with my connection to the servers.

I have already,

Uninstalled, reinstalled, re-downloaded (from different source), tried to open port 29000 and everything else I have read.

I installed nmap and when i try to open it it just shows a command prompt running through text at about 100mph and then closes.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think you installed the wrong nmap..that's what I did at first.
    Latest stable release self-installer: nmap-4.76-setup.exe
    Click that one not
    Latest stable command-line zipfile: nmap-4.76-win32.zip

That doesn't help much anyway...I'm having the same issue so I'll be sure to watch this thread xD

It looks like you aimed nmap at the PWI mail server, which is a useful diagnostic, but not an ideal one. Try the "nmap -p29000 -PN pwigc3.perfectworld.com" command instead.

If it said that the port was open in NMAP, you need to check your local computer's firewall and security software; any firewall needs to have an explicit command to allow outgoing messages from the ElementClient and/or TCP port 29000.

Unseen, if you have a system restore point from when it was working, please revert back to that point after backing up any important files, and repatch.
