I am completely lost.

I am having problems logging into the server. Every time I try to log in, it tells me that my user name or password is incorrect. I've updated my password and double checked my ID, but I'm not sure if I need to register on something different for the server. Am I supposed to be able to use my ID the as the "login" for the server?

    are u sure that u have PWI client not PW-MS or MY-EN ? ^^

    First of all u have clearly registered a pwi game account so ur next step is to verify that u have the correct client.

    Step 1: open up the client and go to where u try to log in.
    Step 2: look at the top - left corner of the screen: does it say "Perfect World international" ? or does it say "perfect world" and a website address ?

    if it says perfect world with a web site address then u have the wrong client go here:

    http://www.perfectworld.com/download/client

    and download it again. :)

    If it says perfect world international i have no idea what the problem is :)

    Hi completely lost, I'm Drazo.

    Your account username ID you registered with here on Perfect World International (not your nickname) is the one you log in with and make sure your password is typed with CAPS lock off (try using the visual keyboard instead if it helps). If both passwords fail to work (and your client is the official PWI client) then it could be something wrong with your keyboard, or you've remembered your ID or password wrong.

    Did you verify it through e-mail?
