What do I do with Celestones?

I have several Celestones in my inventory. Are they only good for sale to merchants?

    Celestones, or Celestone Fragments? If it's the latter, there's a quest you can pick up for those from the Gem Merchants. The full Celestones I think are for equipment upgrades, but I've never gotten enough to find out. b:surrender

    I have more than enough fragments for quests. Is it worth it to keep whole celestones? I can always kill monsters for money.

    I think there's a second quest from the same vendors, involving 3 celestones and 3 stones of two other types, but I forget what you get from it...... someone else might wanna front this one. ^_^;; I haven't played long enough to answer accurately.

    i belive you convert the fragments or whole stones to mirage celestones then thye upgrade equipnent. its my first dy on this game so i could be wrong but i think a quest i got wanted me to collect 25 fragments for one marage stone so it makes sense.. and its familer to other mmorpgs like flyff and its sun stones,, or any number of other games with similar mechanics lol

    Every 25 celestone fragments - 1 Mirage Celestone
    3 Celestone of Earth, Heaven and Human - 1 Mirage Celestone

    if you go to any elder of a city, you can "Refine Equipment" with the mirage celestones, which basically makes your weapons a little bit better. But be weary, everytime you refine an item, it has a chance of going back to the start and basically loosing all you upgrades on that item.
