i cant find the badges i need...help

b:cryi need 10 badges of strength but dont know where to get them

    Try the Dragon Quest. That is where I'm getting mine but don't worry about them to much. Unless you are a level 90 trying to trade the signs you can only get a little bonus spirit from them.
