Between PW International and PW Malaysia, which is better? Which one has the most content or the lastest version?

They are pretty much the same just the price for shop items are dif, also MY has been around for a bit longer I believe.
Otherwise no dif.
Just maybe more North American users in PWI.
They both have their own events and such.I used to do drugs, I still do but I used to too.0
