completely confused

Sorry if this has been talked about before but I'm really confused right now....I just typed perfect world into google and there's an english as well as an international version?? Who should play which? Is it all about personal preference? What exactly is the in game difference between the two and why are there 2 in the first place? Thanks for the info, I'm lost b:puzzled

    PWI, the one you are playing right now is the North American Version with servers set in California and nearly everyone speaks English on it. Granted everything is new so we are behind on patches but the economy is pretty good.

    The version you're talking about is PW-MY-EN Meaning its the original form of PW but in English and servers are set up somewhere in china(?). They are ahead in patches and im sure the economy is messed up.

    I suggest playing PWI if you live in the states.

    Gwixar, i'd suggest sticking with PWI, the servers are the newest in the game, so you'll have the ability to level alongside most newcomers

    Yeah thats the best part about starting with a newer server. You will have lots of people your level and High levels wont totally dominate the game.

    Hmm... wrong answer. PW-MY-EN is the Malaysia English server of PW. It's not the original form.
    There are quite a few servers around the world. PWI is actually the north American one.

    Well, there's also a EU version of PW. PW-MS (Perfectworld Multilanguage Service). The server is locate in Germany, so the ping is a lot better for those from europe. Open beta has been open for a few weeks but it's a big mess right now. Give it a month or two and see if it'll give PWI a run for its money.
