How to atk another player?

Im in Lost City PVP server, and im lvl 32. An hour ago this guy kept PKing me, and whenever i try clicking on him to attack it doesn't work. What do i have to do to fight back?

    There is a shield icon beneath your mini map that has different pk options..click on it u will see :)

    to noobcake4lyfe; she is playing on Lost City server ... at level 30 she is automatically in PvP mode.
    to Foxygoth; not sure if you even get that icon on Lost City as PvP is Automatic there.

    to Pillay; not sure about your question as I tend to avoid PvP, however most games use ctrl-click for normal attack and skill attack in PvP situations (note this is usually only required the first time you attack during a given battle)
    Perhaps the greatest secret to getting along with others lies in learning to respect their opinion(s) even while you disagree with them.
