Please. I sent in a ticket but no one ever got back to me. How can I get it reset?

    The support teams aim for a turn around time within 24 hours, but can not guarantee it. That said, be sure to check your e-mail's spam folder, especially if you're on AOL, Comcast, or Hotmail.
