Problem with Extracting!!

Ok, so I downloaded the game from one of the other websites, but still when I'm at documents, and I try to open the file, it won't open!!! What do I need to do?

    Other websites being one of our official mirrors, right?

    If you're running Windows Vista, please right-click it, and click Run As Administrator.

    Yes, of course

    but everytime I go to my files, it says it can't open it so I need something else to open it as!!! Am I not able to download this thing at all?

    It may be compressed in .rar or .7z format, if you mean Windows is asking what program you want to open the file with. WinRar or the open source 7Zip (both programs can open both types, despite their names; it's what they specialize in writing that differs).
