The wings that are available?

I'm new and I've looked through a big part of the forum but didn't see a list of the wings.
So which wings can you get from the boutique and which can you simply get in game?
How can you get the ones that aren't from the boutique?

First off, you get your starter "white wings" that all Winged Elves recieve upon character creation (Cleric and Archer.) These wings absorb 2MP per second when they are being used.
At lv30 you will recieve a quest to get yourself a pair of "Eagle Wings" - the difference with these to the white wings is that they cost absolutely no mana to use.
The boutique wings are the Butterflaps (Butterfly Wings), Bloodmist (Bat Wings) and Elven Radiance (Gold Wings.) Now there is also the Wings of Daedulaus (sp?) which are obtained by some lucky users via the Halloween event.
Speed bonuses:
White Wings: 0.0m/s (without any Wing Mastery)
Brown Wings: 0.5m/s
Bloodmist: 1.0m/s
Butterflaps: 1.5m/s
Elven Radiance: 1.5m/s
Daedulaus: 2.0m/s
Please note all of this is from memory and some of it may be wrong. I'm pretty sure it's accurate, however.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Just a friendly note to say that "Butterflaps" are actually known as "Glitter Flaps".IGN: Deimos

Just a quick question about shop wings, I've seen many awesome and crazy wings at the archives at http://www.ecatomb.net.
I know thats a different server, and I was just wondering if, on PWI, are/were those wings introduced in special events? Or have they not been implemented yet?
I am very interested in getting some xD0 -
There are also wings from a certain NPC (forgot the name) that you need some scrolls I beleive to craft. They are one of the fastest wings in the game at a speed of 3.0 WITHOUT the boost, with boost it's a speed of 5.0. However,I have no idea how to even get those scrolls needed.0

A quick warning for you at the start though, note ONLY the white wings you start with, get bonuses from wing mastery. Meaning, unless you are using the accelerate feature (which does cost a lot of money). None of the currently available wings in the cash shop, are going to be as fast, as the white wings you start with. (at level 54 reach a speed of 2.0). Future wings reach up to 3.0, and the wings of Daedulaus are implemented, but currently very expensive and can only be bought with in game gold, as they haven't gone to the boutique yet.0

do the brown wings get benefit from wing mastery too?0

Yeah, though on the other hand, there are unreleased wings that have 2.5 and 3.0 flight speeds. Which may make you feel kinda silly on spending spirit after that

Yea...and clerics are strapped for sp as it is >.<
I capped my wing speed at 3 (+0.6) which makes them slightly faster than the brown wings =D0 -
Does anyone know if they are gonna have the Wings of God or the Wing of Seraph? they are teh wings that have 3 single wings on each side... i think those are the best looking wings.. i Saw it on the trailor, but was wondering why they don't have it in International.0
-
When you reach level 30 and do your brown wings quest, can you than choose to use which pair of wings or are the white wings completely lost? (I don't want to loose the flight speed or pay for it, but I really like to do quests and also the 2mp/sec would be very handy in some situations.)0

You DO NOT LOSE Flight Mastery when you swap your white wings. The skill specifically says "Enhance Winged Elf flying speed by (level of skill * 0.2) m/s."
I can attest to this because I have my Flight Mastery almost maxed out, and I have a mount that goes around 9.0 m/s, and when I compare my mount's speed to the flying speed of my Wings of Daedalus, the Wings of Daedalus are only slightly slower than my mount.0 -

I'm afraid your wrong on this one, unless there is some sort of exception for the "Wings of Daedalus", me and my friend both have flight mastery maxed, he has Elven Radience, I use white wings. We both ran a straight course, I gave him a 5 second head start, and within 15 seconds I passed him.
Also on my own, I can attest to the fact that the glitter flaps I own, are noticeably slower then my white wings. I would like to test with a pair of Daedalus wings to confirm and find out if there is a difference.
Psy PM me in game sometime, let's try a side by side flight with no fuel allowed. If Daedalus is the exception to the rule I'd buy a pair in a heartbeat, but I'm not forking over $20 for a set of wings that is the exact same speed as what I already have equipped.0 -
*eats words* I'm so sorry, apparently winged flight mastery only works on the starter wings like said above... T-T0
-
Heh bummer. I was kinda hoping to find out that the daelous wings were actually an exception to that rule. Everyone I know who has them, dosn't have flight mastery, so I had no way to actually test that one.0

I was wondering.... Is it worth it investing on Flight Mastery? As you all may knows that SP is required alotttt in other skill...
Sometimes I was wondering if we can just buy the wing of Daedalus or other wings that is better... rather than investing on Flight Mastery...0 -

If you have wings of Daedalus then yeah, flight mastery is 100% a waste of spirit.0 -

Comparing the Wing of Daedalus to a Basic Elf wing with lvl 10 flight Mastery, which is faster?
Wonder can the Wing of Daedalus be upgrade using Wingets or whatever it call... How many will that be?0 -
1, yes, Wings of Daedalus can be upgraded with the Wind Widgets, I have already done so. each upgrade coasts 80 Wind Widgets.
2. there is another pair of wings that exist in the game that no one has access to yet. one of the GM's was wearing them. they're called "Plume God" and are the 6 Wing kind without the Purple swirls.0 -
so is it worth upgrading flight mastery or not?0
-
if you're planning on buying wings that go +2 m/s or faster, no. if you're happy with your current wings, and an eventual +2m/s then yes.0

im a tideborn assasin. how do i get wings that don't cost me real life money?0

Ok the 2mp/sec only applies to archers as cleric's mana regen is too high for it to go down[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
Thank you Forsakenx for the amazing signature0 -
Actually, the 2mp/sec also applies to clerics... try making a lv 1 cleric, and fly around with him while in combat mode... your mp will go down even if not using skills. But it seems clerics do gain more mp regen per point of int than archers...0
