can anyone tell me how the duration of speed for eagles wings is charged up please

    Not sure exactly, i do know that you have to use an item to charge it though. Can't remember if it's a buy item or a decompose item...

    decompose weapons and armoe and.use chi stones XD

    How do you recharge your wings? You need to see who? or do what with the stones???

    Just drag the stones onto the wings in your inventory
