Apothecary question

So far I am a level 11 apothecary hybrid cleric. I manage to find a ton of every other low grade apothecary ingredient but I can't find saliva root to easy. Can someone tell me a good place to get them?

    Generally the most luck I have with salvia is in the starter villages. IE near inn of eagle, battlemark village etc... Salvia is one of the harder to find ones due to the fact that it is used in some of the more useful apothecary items for mid-level casters (30-59). Personally one thing I would recommend for you. When you find salvia, don't use it in chaos powders, while you are 1-29 focus on making life powders with your apothecary (made from nectar and golden herb), and gather all the salvia and when you turn 20, start hoarding crane herbs.

    When you turn 30 and are able to use focus powders, you will be REALLY happy if you saved those up.

    If you find one herb spawn, look around the same area as the others are usually in viewing distance.

    a good plan for harvesting mats is to go in a large loop around a starting city.

    people then generally don't have pickaxes yet, and you'll find lots of herbs just laying around.
