Anarchy99 is a small guild/faction that belives there should be limited to no rules only thing req to join is must be lvl10+ no exceptions and must be mature my only two rules is no cusing other than the word dam and must not be jerks to other members no one likes a jerk other than that do wht u want and i will never recruit in world chat i did recruit in public chat for my first 30 members so i can get members flowing and i will not allow recruiting in world chat if i can help it but come on by try out the guild/faction i just want friendly people to come to gether

we are also in need of some higher lvls to help with the instances
