Monster drop mats.

I have seen in another thread that boutique sells materials, though I haven't checked since the servers are down for maitenance or whatever atm. Many materials are hard to gather for me since I have never had the patience to farm items that you can't get from virtually every kill.

Do certain monsters drop certain items like thread and grease, and the materials required to make materials for higher level items like bronze or high quality glue, etc...?

I can get-by not knowing, but since I'm a helper by nature, this information would let me rest easier.

    all i know is that grease n thread are monster mats only, herbs are farm only stone mats are also farm only. i know of no exceptions to this. grease are found in rhinodrakes most. Thread i think are in the skeletal warriors

    Crafting materials can be bought through the real cash for game cash mode.
    Typing in letter O will bring you up to the Boutique list - there you can buy game gold - then go back and scroll through the lists for "materials 1". This list holds materials for tiers 1-3.
    I nelieve it's something like $20 US = 5 game gold and tier 1 mats are fairly cheap - I think 20 cotten thread went for 60 silver ( .6 gold).
    Otherwise it's buy mats from the player merchant "dolls" and the cheapest base material I have seen is like 500 coin for one item, like iron.

    $20 is 20 gold in game.

    Grease is Cash shop or mob drop only. It drops from Bug type creatures.

    Thread is Cash hop or mob drop only. It drops from the pyro mobs and undead mobs.

    All other mats are cash shop or farmed.

    Herbs can not be bought in the cash shop. They are farm only.
