Is it true that lv10 flight mastery is the fastest flight in the game?

Is it true that lv10 flight mastery is the fastest flight in the game? Even faster than boutique wings or flying mounts?

Also, what is the level by which you can no longer modify your character?

    lvl 10 flight mastery for winged elves = +2.0m/s flight speed
    Currently, only the Wings of Daedalus have equal flight speed - nothing has a faster speed.

    However, flight mastery only works on your white wings you recieved at the beginning of the game. Those wings consume mana while in use (problem for low lvl archers; slower mana regen for clerics). Those wings also don't have a 'sprint' speed that allows you to accelerate above 2.0m/s as the other wings do.

    For the record, its a myth that only lower lvl archers use mana during flight. Unless i have my +mp regen gear on, I'll still use mana during my flight with white wings..

    Fastest non cash shop wings...

    And for archers the magic stat also affects MP regeneration.

    My ray is +3 norm +5 acc but that is w/ max widgets.

    Then the next question is... Do widgets affect the Winged Elves base wings as well? Also, do they stack with the "Winged Mastery" skill?
