Tons Of Barb Questions

1: Are barbs useless as humoniod form or something? i keep seeing everyone trash humoniod barbs.

2: Barbs SUCK at low lvls? What lvl are they worth anything!?

3: 2:2:1 str vit dex is the build im going for. + or -?

4: How are they in pvp vs each class?

5: I saw a lvl 19 BM **** a lvl 30 barb. is that normal?! (this was after beating me to a pulp)

6: How much does gear affect a build? Some games the tanks are usless unless thier gear is all +6+.

7: Whats the pros and cons of each weapon group? swords, poles, axes, hammers and so on?

8: I'm lvl 19, and getting hurt badly when 2 creatures of my lvl are attacking me at once. thought i was suppose to be a tank?!

9: Is being a barb ever worth it? even at end game?

10: (this 1 is long and has a few parts to it) a) Why is it called end game? does your character die of old age? b) How are they in pvp towards end game? c) I hear a lot of back and forth about a barbs dmg, some say it sucks, some say its godly.. which 1 is it?

    From my personal experiences, and from what I have done and been through.

    A. Barbs suck in humoniod form when tanking....some enjoy humoniod form when questing (I do) but you go thru more health/Mana pots then when in tiger form.

    A. I never thought he sucked. I have enjoyed my barb at all lvls

    A. If it works for you. I go just enough str and dex for weapon req. rest into vit (sitting at about 5.3k health in tiger mode unbuffed)

    4: How are they in pvp vs each class?

    A. Only class I have really dueled is BM and it is a toss up usually, sometimes I win, sometimes they win. I did get owed by a lvl 54 archer, but then again, he knew how to run around (instead of trying to go toe to toe with me).

    A. I have owed BM's 5 lvls higher then me, and have yet to lose to a BM my lower lvl, alot of it will depend on gear too.

    A. Gear is standard for the most part, as long as you get bonus instead of pure white you should be alright.

    A: From what I under stand, swords req alot of dex, axes do more damage but have a broader range of damage, whereas hammers hit for a little less but are less smaller range.

    A: Ur a tank only in tiger mode and even then depending on lvl a cleric is of great help. Also depends on type of damage, phy damage u should be okay, magic damage, they might just own you.

    A: Haven't played end game, but I know I LOVE my character. Getting up in the mobs face and just going toe to toe, nothing feels better

    A: Can't answer most of those, because I have yet to hit end game, but on C our damage is one of the lowest at least where I'm at. But look at it this way, yeah other toons might have nastly crit numbers, but only we can really take a massive beating and walk away b:laugh

    I hope this helps you some, again, this is just from my experience, and I'm sure some others have different ones.

    Meh. Only downfall still seems to be tiger form is a must. sure, its cool and all. only use i have for it as of now is running, seems to do HORRID damage compared to my humanoid version. but maybe its just cuz i dont got many tiger skills, im gonna compare all classes though a venomancer seems bad ****... too bad i cant be a guy venom. -.-

    PS: Ive looked over the other classes. im going to stick with my barb, but im gonna somehow find a way to make it so I dont have to be in my true form (Even though I'm not sure how a Wolves true form is a white tiger :\ ) to be wanted/usefull
