Flying White Bird Pet?

Hey Guys!
I saw some ppl in Perfect World riding on a huge White Bird and flying..and she was below lv 30(Cause her name was blue written) b:faint
Where or How can I get a Bird like that? b:puzzled

    blue name doesnt mean they are below 30 just lvl 30 is min for pk mode to change to red white pink name
    was it the huge white swan? that was from halloween event

    only way to get it now is with buying from others ppl who won it at halloween event.

    It's named "Israfel" and as previously mentioned was only available through the the Halloween raffle event. So it's quite costly at about 4.5mill the last I checked. The price will rise for awhile, until they release something faster and cooler. Then it'll drop, but it'll always be up there since it's rare and therefore elite.

    I don't know if you're new or not, but keep in mind that only Untamed can ride on the swan.

    I only say this because someone spent $100+ real life money thinking they needed to create a faction through the cash shop... not with ingame gold. b:shocked
