I know there are many threads on TW's but this is more generalised to the moment and to Heaven's Tear.

1st - Seeing as I cannot find the information anywhere the times have change to PST yes?

2nd - If they have changed, one time for an attack is 2pm PST ... thats 10pm GMT, perfect for our European players, such as myself. How come there is only one at this time and it hasn't appeared before? The guild I am in consists of a lot of European players and the '4am' times meant many didn't turn up as they have better things to do ... like sleeping. This meant we lost.

3rd - (yes this is the bit that has been seen in many threads) Two months ago the GM's stated in a post that they were looking in to changing the times to cater for our GMT timezone players. How is this coming along as nothing has been heard since.

    Yes all times are given in PST now.

    Sorry, but i dont see a thread with official announcement of TW timing. Could someone be kind enough to tell me the Day and Time for TW? Also, does the timing change very often ?

    I said yes, but I think I would rather it be something like midnight GMT - or 4pm PST / 7pm EST. This would be perfect for US students and employees as they would probably be home by that point. Parts of Europe would be seeing late times, but not too late that they couldn't wait up, for the most part.

    Our first TW, we had 8 people. Seriously, 8 people. Why? Because no one could freakin make it. The time was just horrible. This really needs to be addressed.

    I agree with the fact on Heavens Tear there is one random 14:00 time which is more useful for most players. Okay, its an annoying time for a friday, but considering the amount of time most people on this game play at weekends, 2pm PST so about 10pm GMT is not a bad time for a TW to occur on a Saturday or a Sunday and a LOT more people would participate and well... TW's are supposed to be part of Perfect World Entertainments "spirit of Perfect World International" (actually written down under the times as part of the new fairness rule) But the times aren't fair to European players and as far as I've met, most players are European. I even know some Americans who complain about the times being too late, like Sunday night when they have to work on Monday morning.

    Not sure how, though. The problem is inherent to the TW system itself. It needs fixed times to work and at the same time fixed times never work at all on an international server. The other PW versions don't have that problem since they are specific to one country. PWI isn't. They can set the time to wherever they want and it it will never work. The only solution would be to completely replace TW with something else, but I wouldn't bet my money on ever seeing that.

    My guild would love to add PvP gameplay to our portfolio too, but since our members hail from every continent on earth, this won't happen with those fixed times.

    I already read through the Game Guides of PWI and there are even more times for TW's but on Lost City you only see the 8pm times for Friday and Saturday. Here are the times for TW's as written in the Game Guide. ( http://www.perfectworld.com/guide/feature/territory )

    Friday: 8:00pm-11:00pm

    Saturday: 9:00am-12:00pm; 2:00pm-5:00pm; 8:00pm-11:00pm

    Sunday: 9:00am-12:00pm; 2:00pm-5:00pm; 8:00pm-11:00pm

    So why are only 2 Times used even if it ends up in 3 or 4 TW's for a Guild at nearly same time ?

    One person has voted no but has not given an answer so really that person is 1. an idiot doing it just for the hell of it or 2. to oscared to admit to the majority why he/she said no.

    If you vote no give a reason else its just a one sided discussion and your view becomes obselete almost. If you have good reason why more people shouldn't be able to participate in the largest part of the game say so. Or do you just want an easy ride through the game with no one fighting against you for the territory?

    I don't think the current times are fair for all people. At least put in the 2pm times and let the guilds who are paying decide whether to do a stupid time or a fun time ^_^

    Yes. The times do need to be changed. I knew there were other times, but thought they were not used/implemented. Now that one has appeared I know they can be done ... so if a GM could reply and tell us why they are not used more I would be thankful.

    I agree with what Aravona said though I would have said it less ... forcefully. If someone posts it would be nice to know the reason why they think that. The 2pm time (or even maybe an hour to two later) would make the game more fair and enjoyable ... it is an international game is it not?

    Another person not wanting to explain themselves it seems.

    Is it possible to get a GM comment as to why this better all round time isnt used? (Or isnt used before the later one?)

    even just 3hours earlier than time currently is would be a million times better

    I notice that people still are not posting why they disagree. In terms of progress will people please post why they voted what they voted. If we can get a range of results a compromise may be able to be found for the times as I know many people are unhappy with them. If one can be made maybe the GM's will be willing to listen.
