Game instantly crashes, or just won't start

I just installed perfect world about an hour ago. I went through all the updates ok, and finally was able to start. I clicked the server name and started it up. It loaded, but then a box showed up, it said "Notices" at the top, no writing in the middle and "Next" at the bottom. It would stay up for about 5 seconds before the entire game closed on me. Can I get some help here?
