Cloudmeeting vipons

I got a quest from the Guide in the human starting town, telling me to hunt the cloudmeeting vipons above the area between this town and etherblade.. but I cant find them anywhere. Any ideas?

    There are patches of these mobs above each of the races starting zones. For the human starting zone they are just a little bit northeast of the Inn of the Eagle (where you first start the game) just at the edge of the forest and just before the lake outside SW Etherblade and are at a very low altitude only slightly above the ground.
