PvP question

OK...i just got 31 on archer and tried PvP...several matches and i was able to kill everyone except Barb and PvP cleric...

Barb i can understand, but a cleric just uses his shield(the one that transfers damage to mp), uses plume shots on me....in the mean time, he deals incredible damage to break my wing shield and kill me within 20 seconds....b:shocked

i tried running for 20 seconds and attacking after that, when his shield is down...he just kept healing for 10 seconds, brought his shield up again and killed me after that...b:sad

plz help me with this...

    nononn you have it all wrong. clerics kill you in less than 20 seconds. More like 10 or less if they are skilled. Don't worry about plume shield or whatever, that skill is sucky in the beginning levels. plume shot = death by a million arrows. One plume shot = almost half my hp and I am not pure dex. I put about 25 points into vitality. dex's evasion doesn't even matter since plume shot is a physical attack that never misses. I thought magical attacks never miss. So what's plume shot, it looks like a magical attack, but does physical damage, and it never misses.

    Plume Shot is a magic attack that does physical damage (Think of it like "Force Push" or some other such nonesense)

    Attack clerics when used right can murder just about any other class. And before i get the "ZOMG not barbs we kik celric azz", No you dont. Clerics heal enough to be able to keep themselves alive from pretty much any other class (with stackable heal over time skill Ironheart Blessing).

    My advice would be for you to stay away from them, archers are weak to them on both types of their damage (Magical and Physical).
