Matchmaker quest bug - Unable to complete

Unable to complete the Matchmaker quest from Young Man Lei.

Got a shoe from him, went to the tailor as he asked, brought it to the elf that the tailor told me to go to, elf told me to go back and talk to Lei.

Quest also says "Return to Young Man Lei to complete this quest" and it also lists the rewards as EXP and some Spirit...and there are no items listed that I should have.

However when I back to Lei, he doesn't have any options other than "Close", and he just mentions something unimportant.

Has anyone else had this problem or has anyone been able to complete this quest?

If someone else has completed it, how do I?

If not, then this is probably a bug....

    heres what I found on a leveling site

    Matchmaker
    Start NPC: Young Man Lei
    Location: Allles Camp (622, 722)
    Mission #1: Visit Tailor Chen (545, 686)
    Mission #2: Visit Winged Elf Hsi (563, 687)
    Mission #3: Visit Young Man Lei (623, 722) and pay him 10,000 gold.
    Reward: EXP (7200), SP (1700), R (3) and your choice of:
    Reward Choice #1: Grade 3 Fire-Red Soulstone
    Reward Choice #2: Grade 3 WhiteBrume Soulstone
    Reward Choice #3: Grade 3 Jargoon Soulstone
    Reward Choice #4: Grade 3 Lazuli Soulstone

    So I guess that would make it a bug then?

    Or did you need 10k coins for it to be possible to complete?

    Yes, it's possible to complete.

    Have 10k coins in your inventory and you'll be able to finish it.
    But the quest doesn't say that ANYWHERE.
