how do you make a guild?

i've been seeing posts all over saying how guilds work and all. but could someone tell me who do you make one?

    In the east side of archasaur there is a NPC called faction supervisor. It costs 100k in coin to create and your guild name can only be a maximum of 9 characters long. You have to be lvl 20 in order to create the guild.

    Or if you are looking for a place to all home for a while as you learn the game you could come over to the Orphanage faction and save yourself the coin.
