It can cost from 150K-900K depending on the skill.
    200K for upgrade.
(Not sure of the name of the Shadou cub skill.) It's a rare pet skill, if you're lucky you can find it in the Temple of the Dragon level 60 event. It only has two levels in upgrade, the second skill level can be increased at level 80.

Here's one, but it has names from another version: http://pw-wiki.onlinewelten.com/Pet%20Guide%20-%20Pet%20Skills.ashx

Are you asking if you can get your pet to autocast/use another skill or do you want to have your pet forget the skill/remove it? To remove it, it cost coins. You can get the scroll to remove skills from Mrs. Zoologist. I don't remember the cost. It's at least 100k.

You can only reorder a skill by forgetting skills and then relearning them. It's really not worth it.

you can right-click it to unselect that skill on auto-cast, and right-click on another skill to make it auto-cast.

Also, remember that you can only 'auto-cast' offensive skills. Your pet won't automatically use defensive or support skills.
