aware of principle quest

im diong aware of principle quest and now it says "rescue the celestial sprites from feligar vanguard at silk ridge"..what does it mean save celestial sprites?first i tried to kill some feligar vanguards but nothing happened..so what do i have to do now?

    you keep killing them until you get 1 of the sprites. Then you have to find the other which is located in a plant in the area, you harvest it out of the flower.
