client start error

hi when i start the game i get this error:

i don't say it will make too much sense to game admins but at least i want to try maybe they have an idea what could go wrong
i can't play anymore because of this error so any help is appreciated.

Try installing East Asian language support.

i was about to reinstall windows...
how can it just happen, I played 2 months and suddenly i get this

so that package will only show the error or will fix it?

Those chinese errors can be caused by a number of issues most of the time it can be fixed by the installing of the East Asian language pack as already said by gattsuru. As for other issues causing this did you have any hardware changes recentlly?

i will install it tonight and hope will fix the problem
well i kind of installed media player 10 and then uninstall it but that's all i did
no hardware changes
