Wizard Trainer?

Hello, Konari Raiden here, a brand new Perfect World player (just got started last night, I love it!). I was immediately taken in by the Wizard class, and after a bit for forum scrounging, found a decent build to use. But there's a small problem: I don't know where the Wizard Trainer is. Can anyone please help me? I just need a general location, as I am near the human starting town right now. ^_^;;
