blacksmithing bug maybe

my char has a level of 9/10 in lvl 1 b:cryblacksmith and all the options at the blacksmith are for level 2 items only. Thus I cannot make anything to increase my skill. The elder also tells me my proficiency is too low for level 2 skill because I am only at 9/10 in level 1.


any thoughts on this or how to fix it?

    Go to a starter town to get level 1 stuff. The further you go into the game the higher level the gear gets that you can make.

    no , maybe I didn't make it clear enough....... at the blacksmith when I click on manufacture I am only given the choice to make level 2 items and I am level 1...

    I cannot find any item I am given the choice to make that is level 1

    You mean armor lvl 2? Those are Tailor lvl 1.

    No its just as I said. You are trying to make things while you are in archosaur. The NPCs there do not go below level 2. You need to be in one of the starting towns to make level 1 items.

    wow thank you , I was at bamboo town and thought that was a starter town, went back to plume city and all is well, thank you Zoe
