How do I become a spiritual adept? im currently a spiritual initiate and cant use lvl 9 skills because im not a spiritual adept.

    I think you have to go to either the Elder or Taoist of your starting town to get it.

    You need to do a quest.
    When you reach level 9 I think you will receive a message to report to ...depends on class...at the major city. Report there and you are told to find another character....find then you get a quest to do. After that you receive a heap of Spirit and can acess those skills greyed out.
