zen..suspended???

I just charged zen to my cc, went to transfer to my server...but it says this..


Amount ZEN Date Transaction Gateway Detail Zen Balance
$20.00 2000 2008-11-14 snip Paypal Suspended 0

Why? The card is good.

    It may take a while for the server to recognise that the money from you is there (Normally about an hour though that depends on the payment options you used).

    Also PWI staff is not allowed to talk about Zen issues here on the forum if you have any concern with it please send a ticket here:

    I'd recommend against posting any personal billing information on these boards, for your own security.

    Suspended status means that PayPal or Perfect World Entertainment are waiting for a response from a service or merchant, usually for account verification purposes. The delay is usually shorter if your Billing Profile matches what your card provider has on hand, or after you've previously purchased through the same transaction method before. Delay time may vary, but is usually passes within an hour or so. In some cases it may take longer, in which case the Support Ticket (and checking your e-mail for anything from PWE) may be valuable.
