Where do I create my character???

OK, i just registered sooo.....where do I create my character??? So far, I have yet to see any big button saying CHARCATER CREATION...please help this poor noob!

    logon to the game- look at the bottom right hand corner after logging in. then pick you race cflass name, costomize, and play!b:victory
