Problem with Zen Transaction

Okay, I recently bought 20$ worth of Zen and it said the transaction would take 15 minutes, it has been an hour and I look and its still validating, is there something that went wrong?

    I did and its been reviewing for about 3 hours o.O does it really take as long as it says it is?

    it usually takes around 15 minutes, more or less depending on your situation.

    if it's taking that long, i'd guess it's still being reviewed by whatever payment option you used.

    you'll have to send a support ticket for specifics.
