Houses?

Yesterday i was getting kind of board grinding so i decided to check out the Snake Isle and see what that place was about and it turns out theres an NPC there named Lou Pan or somethin like that. Any how when you click and talk to him he says stuff about land management and furniture making professions, except everything said service unavailable. I was just wondering was this something that was supposed to happen or is it coming out in the expansion, or the more unlikley one can i just not do that yet? Thats all I was wonderin haha.

    WAAAAAAAY back when PW was a pay-to-play game, there was indeed a landowning feature. Sadly, it disappeared once the game became free. That feature has been gone for years, and I don't think it will ever come back. Crossing my fingers anyways.......

    Lol i never knew PW was ever a ptp game, that would explain why I read on the user reviews about the landowning thing, that would still be interesting if it came back. I wonder, why is the NPC still there. That would be cool if it came back
