    They get banned for it.

    If you wish to report a violation of the terms of service, such as botting, the sale of in-game items for real world money (not coins or gold), or any other violation of the terms of service, please use the Ticketing system or right-click their name and click Report Hacker.

    Selling in-game items for real-world currency is a violation of the terms of service and the law. These people do not need free advertising.
