Does ANYONE do tank build anymore?

All I see are these fatty tiger people with higher dex than most BMs, and they boast about their mad PVP skilzzzzzzzzz....

Barbarian, the fatter version of the "blade" master....

    I just made one. Tiger form, lots str, minimal dex, lots vit.
    Only tiger skills.

    I made a veno, and got bored playing with myself at level 40 (yes, i got bored playing with myself b:laugh ) so I made a Tank barb. When I joined a guild, they were all exstatic to see this.

    I play on Sanctuary... PVE... everyone needs a good tank.

    I do. 3 Vit 2 Str Even Level, 4 Str 1 Dex Odd Level. I play on Sanctuary just like the poster above me. Doesn't seem like there are enough high level tanks.

    I am Tiger Form constantly, only Tiger skills & buffs, I only plan to be a PvE character, never a PvP. But yeah, seems like there is about a 65%/35% ratio, 65% Tank Build, 35% Other. 2% Midgets.

    So tank build is more common on the PVE server...makes sense, I guess... >_>

    Yeah, in PvE, you don't really need to worry about pvp builds. Tank Build>PvP build on Sanctuary it seems.

    And the midget build looks like this.

    1 dex, 9999999 Shenanigans.

    ya i play a tank build dex just for gear str and vit as much as possible .. tiger skillz of good rank at 46 i was tanking 55 bosses so not doing to horribale atm

    If your a barb that's not a tank build, your useless. So yes, many people do tank build. Only the uninformed, stupid or ignorant don't go tank.

    I agree that build may not be all I think a perfect tank should be, but you (Okami) should post your how-to-build-a-perfect-tank-guide before claiming the right to qualify anyone else as "useless".

    That way we all could admire it (and you for being so smart, of course) or just laugh at it if it makes little or no sense.

    P.S.: The barbarian has the higest damage base per level, so it is absolutely false that "Only the uninformed, stupid or ignorant don't go tank".

    I sincerely doubt if that is true.
    A cleric the same level as me (non-nuker) hits maybe three times harder than my tank. Not physical perhaps, but damage is damage.

    i'm tank build, but with max acc buff and two human skills maxed. I do fairly well in pvp/pk, while still keeping my tank build
