chi for wizard skills

How do i gain chi for skills like pyroshell and stone barrier and such?

    ur supposed to fight. usually i kill the lil ponys and kitties in town to get up some chi. but u can fight monsters as well:D your Chi is in the yellow bar under your HP and MP bars

    i dont have a yellow bar there ,, is there a level you must be ? my friend hasnt got 1 either ,, very odd

    You must do your spiritual cultivation quests.
    Go speak to a Taoist and see what he says ;
    Also check in your questbook ( Q ) those are orange quests.

    i'm trying ,,, but i cant find any emaciated footsoldiers to kill ,, i looked all over the north east of the map

    Look on yer map for an area call'd Hill of Swarms. Somewhre near northeast corner of map, near cities like Elderbridge or Hidden Warriors, some like that :) Anyway, look for a hill shaped like an ant. You'll find sum at the head of the ant

    use pwdatabase.com make sure to click american flag in top right corner to find monster locations
