Problem getting new skills

Im lvl 9 but still doesn't have Blood Draw. I surely have enough gold and spirit points. But WHen i talk to The elder he never drop a skill on his window for me to learn it.

Im confused and worry that will it be like Passive skill that they'll give me an item to talk to the elder? and some how I sold that item?? help

    That's your problem right there - the only skills you learn from the elder are for crafting. For Blademaster skills, you have to talk to the Blademaster trainer. You can find him (or at least one) at the north end of Etherblade, beside the Waterfall.
