Zen purchased but still shows 0 in wallet

Hello, I'm not sure if this is a common thing but, I just purchased Zen ($50 through Paypal for 5300 zen) and recieved my confirmation email from Paypal that the payment had been made.

However, my wallet still shows 0 zen to transfer to my server. I'm verified and have done this several times before so I know its not a matter of 1st time buyer needing to be verified.

I cleared my internet cache just in case and refreshed page but still 0. I've created a ticket but....not really sure when I should expect action on it, if ever.

The only thing of note that may or may not have anything to do with this is, my PWI game crashed around the time I made my payment

I'd like my zen please or my money refunded.

Does this happen often?

    this same exact thing happened to me just now, its been a little over an hour and I have an email saying I payed the $50. b:shocked

    The payment has to be approved on PWI end before they give you the Zen, even if it is already approved by PayPal. It should say the payment is "suspended" or something like that in your wallet if it hasn't gone through.

    Nah man its giving me the same ****, why do they make it so hard for us to GIVE them money man

    Actually, the waiting for aproval/pending process you speak of only applies for 1st time users who haven't been "Verified" yet.

    As I've already stated in my opening post, this was NOT my 1st time buying zen and I already am "Verified" and there was no "pending" status, it simply wasn't acknowledging that I had payed them in my wallet.

    I say "was" because, this morning (just now) when I got up and checked my wallet it was actually showing my zen so I could transfer it to my server. YAY!!

    Usually when I buy, the zen is showing as soon as I get back to that page after making the payment, but a wait for Hours seems to indicate a serios database backlog or possible other server issue(s) In any case, I have my zen now (though I never received an email response to my ticket) so I guess thats the main thing

    yeah I got my zen around 2 hours after I purchased it. just a bit more of a delay then usual last night I guess. Got me worried. :P but my zen got me barely anywhere because stuff is so expensive.
