Dragon Quest 41

Okay I began two phases of the Dragon Quest. Then when I turned in the Rubybead Herbs in Wellspring, it gave me another quest but it doesn't show up on my quest page. Does anyone know if that's part of the game or did I miss something somewhere?

    The quest is there, it just doesn't have a title. Click on where the title should be, as close to the bullet as possible, and see what the next step is.
