cash shop purchase problem

Hi,

I just bought 3 gold at the auctioneer and want to buy the inv ext. stone and withdrew the gold so that i could use and it's also show in the cash shop. so i click on the inv ext stone in the cash shop, select buy and am asked to confirm. but when i click yes nothing happens... the gold is not deducted and nothing sent.
about Pure Wizzards:
1. You like having more than 1 element (elements are like women after all?)
2. You like seeing big numbers when hitting things. (Or getting hit)
3. You think you are gutsy but actually just too plain stupid to pick something easy.

But... 4. You're definitely in it for the endgame.

    Are you sure you have enough space in your inventory?

    yes, that was the problem as I found out later in the evening when trying for the 100st time...
