cant get server up to play

when i click on the icon i get the screen up and i click on start i wait about 15 seconds and this wierd writing comes up and the screen dosent load im board and i want to play can you help me?

    If you're running Windows XP, please install East Asian Language support. Otherwise, please update your graphics driver.

    i need some help because i cant play because when i click on start after i click on the icon the page comes up and i click start and this wierd writing comes up and i cant play for some reason
