This matter has been resolved. Feel free to read the thread if you have similar problems or questions about aforementioned problems. Have a great day.^^

"We have sorted matters out now. The billing department was swifter than for many of the messages I have seen on the forum. Kudos~^^

My best advice for anyone with future problems is submit a support ticket first like I did. Submit one that is very thorough and perhaps make a sticky for such problems somewhere in the forum (unless one exists I haven't seen).

It seems it was the email address according to how matters worked out. They worked with me fairly simply and concisely.

Its nice when things work out smoothly, isn't it?
I think if that happens more often then people will feel safer with the purchases (albeit the pricing is still a bit disparaging to most people). I am assured of it.
I grant a +1 to the billing department support staff, nonetheless. ^^"

Original Message:

Heya there, my Zen was robbed by incompetent servers- or that is best the case. ^^

I purchased 30 Zen earlier through paypal, with a credit card, and was greeted with an ever so respectful and non-appropro "suspended". All payment info is correct. All purchase currency WAS therein the account it was transferred from. I am "out" 30 Dollars and I am not "in" 30 Zen. I have my account set up in such a way I can not allow another absolute and bleeding failure of an attempt to give this company my money. It is physically not gonna happen because I have precautions against it.
In other words if this does not clear up it won't happen again. I won't buy Zen again. I won't be capable.
Will this clear up? Will I go find a different medium to transfer my money to?
I should hope so swiftly.

One would think that enough money is being pilfered into the system that it could pay for the ability to... not fail? ;D

I sent a support ticket but it seems to have done exactly...
nothing. null. D:
I don't have time to wait 7 days for an account that in any other service would have been immediate.

How can we reach a resolution?

Picture this, if you will:
It should be learned that a human first tastes its food before eating..
I haven't had a good taste of this iffy system.
I am undecided if I have more appetite for Zen.
I'd barter that many others likely feel the same.

I seriously doubt I made any error but if it is possible I did on this matter, please make me aware and help me fix it.

The same thing happened to me when I first bought zen. I didn't realize they had sent me an email asking for verification, and there were difficulties because my info I supplied here were a bit different than what was on my paypal, so it took a few days.

If you are in suspended mode for more than some time though, your payment gets refunded, as mine did.

Yes, but would the transaction fee be refunded both on PW and credit card side?
If not then it is final. It said it was different but.. I use different email addresses for game accounts and billing accounts. +_+ It helps me with spam and a whole multitude of other internet contracted annoyances.
Edit: PS Thanks for your reply. ^^

When it's pending it actually says so, it doesn't say suspended then :3
